| Universal Design is, in
the simplest terms, a design for people of all abilities. In other words
whether you are 7 feet tall or sitting in a chair a "Universal Designed"
kitchen will accommodate your needs. The kitchen to the right is a show room
display at Standard TV and Appliance, Portland Or. This particular design by
Lora Creswick for the most part has a seated person in mind, however the sink
is movable, up and down, to accommodate any height needed. |
